What this site does with data

The short answer: the site stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you as an individual. We count aggregate visit statistics only. Below we set that out in detail — including what happens when you send us an email.

This document covers the EDU-TECH Automation website as it currently stands. It describes how the site actually behaves, not a generic privacy-policy template.

The site is informational. We do not use it for sales, registration, sign-in or case handling.

The site asks for no personal data and has no technical means of receiving any — it does not contain a single form field. Because we set no cookies and run no optional processing, we also show no consent banner: there would be nothing to consent to.

Visit statistics

We count visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc. In our configuration it works without cookies and stores nothing in your browser: it uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. The measurement is performed by a script loaded from Cloudflare servers (static.cloudflareinsights.com) and inserted automatically by the hosting platform.

This produces aggregate traffic data — among other things the number of page views, the address of the page visited, the referring page, an approximate country-level location, and the device and browser type. We do not build profiles from it, we do not track people across sites, and we do not identify individual visitors.

What we do not do: we use neither Google Analytics nor Google Ads, we run no behavioural analytics, and we record no sessions, mouse movements or clicks. Because the measurement described here requires no consent and stores nothing in your browser, we display no consent banner.

Contact by email

We publish an email address on this site. If you choose to write, we receive whatever you put in the message — typically your email address, a name or company name, and the content of your enquiry.

We use that data solely to answer your message and to continue the correspondence it concerns. The basis is our legitimate interest in replying, and — where the correspondence concerns possible work together — taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the matter and for record-keeping related to the business. We do not use this data for marketing and we do not add senders to any mailing list.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server infrastructure, it may process technical connection data — for example the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the requested page and browser information.

That data arises on the infrastructure provider’s side and serves the delivery and security of the service. We do not combine it with other information, we build no profiles from it and we do not use it for marketing. The provider’s own documentation governs its detailed rules and retention periods.

The site contains links to other organisations’ websites — among others in the section on collaboration. They open in a new tab and lead away from our site.

Once you follow such a link, the privacy rules of that site’s owner apply. We have no influence over what data they collect, and we pass them no information about visitors to our site.

Your rights

To the extent that we process your personal data — in practice, email correspondence — you have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy of it
rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete
erasure of your data
restriction of processing
object to processing based on legitimate interest
data portability, to the extent it applies

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.

If the way the site works changes — for example a contact form, consent-requiring analytics or another data-processing tool appears — this document will be updated before that change is made, not afterwards.
